If everything could be centralized on the “my home” page and on the “MyParoisse” application for all the hotlines, it would be easier for parishioners to find their way around.

For the moment, people registered for a hotline see themselves on the Enoria schedule. On the other hand, the ical of the room where the permanence takes place, does not show the names of the people who have registered. It would be interesting if we integrated the room's ical into a Google calendar to be able to see the names of the registrants. The people who manage the hotlines with us are elderly and have it easier with a Google calendar than Enoria...

We have people who are liturgical actors and who provide services. We would like to have a public form that allows everyone to find a summary of the commitments made (liturgical or permanent actors). For example, during a meeting of sacristans, everyone says when they are available or not and we fill ENORIA during the meeting. At the end, everyone connects and gets a summary of their commitments. Office hours management currently works in a planning mode like room management. We would like it to work more like managing celebrations in chalkboard mode like celebrations and Christian living. This is mainly due to the fact that for the hotlines, we need to register or that people register as volunteers. Request: be able to create documents So: menu, list of variables provided in the knowledge base, example of document in the store (e.g. table from Monday to Sunday over 1 month). To create a 24-hour continuous Adoration, the slots/ranges must be created individually because the simple repeat value does not include the “Every hour” item but only every day/week or month. It would be faster to create long hotlines with slots of 1 hour out of 24 hours for example.
