There is a big UX gap in the Baptism and Marriage administrative request forms: the clear identification of mandatory fields. In our diocese, we are in the process of distributing paper documents that indicate which fields are mandatory and which are not. It's absurd... For something successful: it would be necessary to combine the two reflexes of Internet and Enoria users: An asterisk: for the common users, And a thick border: for those who are used to registering for groups and events.

Today in Table Management, it is possible to select all Rooms (churches) or only one Room. It would be practical to be able to select a Place (municipality) and a linked Entity (parish sector/community...). With the expansion of parishes, the parish sector that can be defined in Enoria by the linked Entity is often very useful. And since the Linked Entity can be informed in the management of the premises, this would make perfect sense.

When the date of celebration of First Communion has passed, it is part of the Christian life of the young person or adult concerned; on the other hand, it would be useful if the place was also registered, as is the case for baptism.

Exactly as for funerals, could we choose the sacristan for the celebration of the sacraments baptism and marriage, and be able to send him an automatic notification email by just clicking on a button (as is already possible for the celebrant)?

Today, in Table Management, it is possible to display either all the celebrations, or filter by type of celebration (example: wedding, baptism...). Depending on the listings you want to obtain, it is often necessary to have to print only baptisms and weddings, or celebrations, baptisms and weddings (without funerals), etc. By opening the possibility of selecting several types of celebrations, this would respond to a whole set of combinations of lists that parishes need.

In the marriage certificate, if a person is baptized outside France, it is still impossible to put the names of the diocese and the country... except by hand on the pdf document generated by Enoria.

Would it be possible to indicate an offering recommended for the preparation of a wedding celebrated outside?

When we visualize the sheet of a catechumen, we see in his career that he has attended various “preparation meetings” (see attached copy). However, only the date of the meetings is displayed. Could we also display “notes” in which we indicate the content of this meeting (the 30th characters for example). That would provide more relevant information. Thank you
