Be able to create documents relating to hotlines

Unlike other Enoria data (groups, activities, celebrations), for appointments: no tool menu, no possibility to create “documents”.
Request: be able to create documents
So: menu, list of variables provided in the knowledge base, example of document in the store (e.g. table from Monday to Sunday over 1 month).
Palliative/preliminary solution: be able to display the names of the registrants at the hotlines if more than one registered (and thus be able to make at least one screenshot)
Objective: to be able to give a document to registrants who do not have Internet access, to be able to post, etc.
NB: I am aware that this is not a “small development”.
