To create the time slots of a permanence with the mouse on the schedule, have a bubble that shows us the selected range with the precise schedules. For my part, I am always a quarter of an hour apart from the start or the end. Visually, it is quite difficult to see the line corresponding to the time that is completely on the left.

Why not simplify these creation of slots in the form of a panel with the possibility of manually entering schedules (a bit like the recurrences of room reservations)
