There is only one administrator profile for a parish. However, it is not easy to carry out all administrative tasks to one person. The solution of distributing administration tasks according to skills (e.g. managing rooms, users, groups, documents, etc.) and therefore of having several administrators is dangerous because it opens all rights to all administrators with a risk of interference between the actions of the various administrators. The idea would be to be able to manage a security policy by a super administrator as we have in Windows in order to be able to distribute the various administrative responsibilities.

Ideally it would be better to give users access to the database of documents. Given the abundance of documents in this database and in order not to drown them out, it is often the administrator who gives them access. Such a table would make it possible to assign documents and to have visibility for the people to whom we give access to the database (the parish notary for example)

Have access to modify and write to the daughter entities while being connected to the parent entity. Currently, unless I am mistaken, it is mandatory to connect to the entity concerned to intervene on it. For example, by being connected to the parent entity: be able to add or modify celebrations in daughter entities add a sacrament in the daughter entity or modify an existing sacrament. same for funerals ... Have full read/write/edit access to child entities for the parent entity administrator. This function could be granted by the diocesan entity to an archpriestly entity (Deanery), when a single secretariat manages several parishes or community of parishes.
