We would like to know if there is - or if it would be possible to add - a feature that allows the administrator (or defined managers) to automatically receive an email notification when a new registration is made via an online form. This feature would allow us to: be informed in real time of new registration requests, avoid having to manually consult the interface to check what's new, improve our responsiveness in welcoming and monitoring families. Ideally, this notification could include: the name and first name of the registered person, the type of registration (activity, group, etc.), a direct link to the sheet in Enoria. Can you tell us if this option already exists? If this is not the case, would it be possible to consider it in a future version or to tell us the steps to follow to implement it? In the general information of the entity, it is possible to mention only one website and only one contact address. However, for an Enoria entity of type = parish ensemble that brings together several canonical parishes, it would be relevant to be able to provide the website with the contact email address for each canonical parish. It would also be interesting when the linked entity is chaplaincy, patronage, an association friendly to the parish and there is a specific site existing.

Have access to modify and write to the daughter entities while being connected to the parent entity. Currently, unless I am mistaken, it is mandatory to connect to the entity concerned to intervene on it. For example, by being connected to the parent entity: be able to add or modify celebrations in daughter entities add a sacrament in the daughter entity or modify an existing sacrament. same for funerals ... Have full read/write/edit access to child entities for the parent entity administrator. This function could be granted by the diocesan entity to an archpriestly entity (Deanery), when a single secretariat manages several parishes or community of parishes.

The “Group Managers” list is practical but does not offer a useful feature: quick group registration. It is also necessary to remove the managers of the archived groups from this list.
