Message before “deleting” RGPD
Damien PAULIN
If the GDPR requires the deletion of useless data from parishioners (and users) after a defined period of time. Before making this deletion effective on a unilateral decision by the Enoria administrator, is it possible to allow parishioners (and users) to extend the initial period by the same duration (or 1 year) by automatically sending a message of this type:
That's it, the day has arrived. It's now been XX months since you signed in to your Enoria account, and it's time to say goodbye...
Indeed, due to the General Data Protection Regulation, we will delete your account in 48 hours if you do not log in again.
Do you want to keep your account? Simply reconnect by clicking on the button below.
Reconnect to my account!
In any case, we wish you all the best for the future under the blessing of our Lord!
Indeed, let us leave the last word to the parishioners to judge the relevance of maintaining their data in our databases. Because who (except God; -)) knows better his future expectations and needs?

Hello Damien, that's what I recommend. In my opinion, parishes can very well send this type of message when they decide to work on “cleaning up” their base. It should not be forgotten that each time a person goes through a form, they start again calculating the retention period of their data.
