Like the major existing digital tools: Google, Social networks, various and varied platforms, have a complete notification configuration page. On the one hand, the list of all possible notifications on Enoria, And in front of each one you can choose the types of notification: Email Browser/Desktop Not everyone is comfortable with notifications in the browser/on the desktop. Considering activating email notifications would have several advantages: Reassure: if Enoria contacts me as soon as I have important information in the context of my parish involvement, then Enoria is a reliable tool. Make it useful: if someone doesn't come to me to encourage me to connect, I forget about Enoria, we'll see later. Whereas if Enoria contacts me about important information about the parish, you must therefore connect to Enoria. Note: for the most invested and seasoned users who do not want to be inundated with emails, the notification center has the advantage of filtering.

Users and administrators can manage their personal schedule from Enoria. It is impossible to enter absences or events beyond a period of 6 months. However, many parish priests would like to already be able to seize over a period of at least 12 to 18 months. Would it be possible to extend the duration of the seizure period.

Several times a day, each time you access Enoria, you receive an email “Enoria: connecting from a new location”: it's unbearable!!!

In our user profile, we have our personal schedule, it would be interesting to improve in particular the vocabulary used in order to replace “Holidays” by, for example, 'Absence' because a priest may be absent from the parish for a reason other than vacation and it may be interesting to declare this absence, in particular so that he is not selectable in the list of celebrants.

Good morning, When we use several email addresses, would it be possible to select one by default? Thanks!

I am having trouble working on my tablet. I write an email, which I put on hold. When I go back to it, my account is disconnected. When I reconnect, my email is lost. Is it possible that the work screen is not lost when disconnected? Regards,

It might be useful to be able to create “user models.” Example: “Catechist model”; “Chaplaincy animator model”. During creation, the “role” tab could show these models. This would simplify the creation of these users whose rights are often restricted... and who are repeated. It would also allow you to think carefully about the rights to be given Regards,

Good morning Each time our parishioners open a public Enoria link, they must systematically re-authenticate themselves. Would it be possible to set up a session cookie or an authentication token, to avoid having to reconnect a few minutes apart and to streamline the user experience?

I see that for users who: have access in writing to the funeral and do not have access to “all people” → can create the deceased by creating the funeral, but then no longer have access to the deceased's personal file, to consult or correct it. => could we consider that the people who created a personal file keep access to it: for a specific time and/or until modified by another user with higher rights? Currently, there is also no mention of the user who created the deceased person's card in the deceased person's card. Whereas this mention appears when you create the person with the usual “create a person” procedure. This mention is still useful. Thanks already!
