Requested developments

At present, only people registered via an online form can be called back for payment. It would be wise to extend this functionality to people who have been registered manually (via the Enoria administration).

When a baptism is in draft mode, Enoria displays the request date. Could the date of baptism be added. This would allow future ceremonies to be managed in order of priority.
