[User/Rights Management] To be able to apply a 'User Profile' by modifying an existing user
Odile BERNARD
To date, the User Profile system does not seem optimal to me, like many existing SiS solutions.
It is necessary to be able to manage user security not individually but collectively by User Profile.
I specify my request, I create as many user profiles as I have different roles in my application. I then apply the desired profile to a user. If tomorrow, my user changes service or function in the parish, I remove the profile and assign the corresponding new security profile to him.

With a large number of users, it would be really useful to be able to apply a new/different user profile to an existing user (e.g. a catechist who becomes responsible for the sacraments or the liturgy for example).

Apply a profile to an existing account

Profiles are a great way to add a user with the rights they need. I would like to be able to apply a profile to an existing user to save time in upgrading the rights of several users with the same profile.

As a non-admin user, I can create a user profile. I can also create a user at a lower level than myself, but I cannot, without error on my part, use this already created profile to assign rights to him. Could you give this possibility? Thank you

Odile BERNARD I reworded the title to specify your request. I don't really understand your request, the list of roles is already available in the application for rights management. There is already a very large multiplicity of roles and rare are the people who, with good use of Enoria, have exactly the same role. Could you specify your request?

P. Raphaël Cournault: Today you can create a 'User Profile' and then apply it to users when you create a new one.
On the other hand, once the user exists, if I want to modify it by applying an existing user profile, that is not possible.
I am rephrasing the title for greater clarity.
