The monitoring of casuals, for weddings, for baptisms and funeral celebrations, indicates that the entry of regulations can only be listed during the period of six months following the celebration and one month preceding it. In some cases (late or late payment) this can be a source of confusion, because the payment does not appear in the list, although it has been made and recorded.
Could the “rolling period” of visualization not be configurable by the administrator. For example: -12 months + 3 months (interval: August 7, 2022 to November 7, 2023) instead of the constant interval of 7 months (- 6 months +1 month) compared to the production date of the casual tracking list.
I could not find any information on this subject in the documentation or on the forum; please give me a pointer if my consultation was too quick.
