Make the telephone number mandatory for online registration for a hotline
Sylvie VISINAND
When a person unknown in the database wishes to register for a hotline, they are sent to a registration form whose only mandatory information is: “Adult/young person, civility, first name, last name”. It would be necessary to make the telephone number mandatory in order to be able to contact the person if necessary. In addition, this form is very complete and, even if all the information is optional, can't we limit ourselves to name, first name, telephone, (mandatory) and email (optional)? This is the only information we are likely to need for a permanent stay, from a GDPR point of view, the rest is not “our business”.

Yes, or allow you to choose what information you want to appear or not (Christian news, or not...). After having searched everywhere in Enoria and its parameters, we cannot configure anything on this point.

Make the telephone number and/or email mandatory in the permanence form

It would be necessary to make the telephone number mandatory in order to be able to contact the person if necessary and so that they can be recognized the next time they connect for a permanent appointment, for example. In addition, this form is very or too complete and, even if all the information is optional, can't we limit ourselves to name, first name, telephone, (mandatory) and email (optional)?
