Be able to treat different parishes as linked entities
terminated
François FATZ
When a single ENRIA entity brings together two (or more) parishes - which is quite often the case I think -, it would be very important to be able to treat each parish as a linked entity: this would make it possible to enter payments (especially casual ones) by assigning them to the right parish (and then treat the entire mechanism for monitoring payments by knowing how to discriminate against the parish using this description as a linked entity). Otherwise the economic councils do not see the contribution of ENORIA for their work.

Yes, I also subscribe to this request, in that case. (one priest for 2 parishes). Thank you for all the work already done with this application.

It would be nice to be able to display a different logo per parish. Thank you

Madeleine FLEURY: Madeleine, in the configuration of linked entities this is already possible.
Madeleine FLEURY
Élodie Massa: Thanks Elodie. We thought of creating a parish sector for a nearby entity (Fronsac) but we did not think of creating a linked entity for our parish sector (Libourne). Thanks again!

Yes, it would be very useful for us too who have a chaplaincy association with a bank account different from that of the parish.

payment for related entities
Pierre-Yves Emile
Good morning,
Good morning! I need to enter check payments by defining a “linked entity” as the payee. But that is still not possible.
Thanks in advance for seeing what can be done in this regard.

The absence of this development handicaps us terribly and makes it impossible for our accountants to switch to Enoria. We cannot direct payments to the related entity that is the beneficiary.
Xavier d'Halluin
What payments are involved? Good for you
Pierre-Yves EMILE
Xavier d'Halluin: Hi,
In the payment entry tool, I can designate as beneficiary only the main entity or the diocese. However, I have accounts for related entities. So I need to be able to designate a linked entity as a beneficiary, which is not possible under the current system. This is a serious obstacle for accounting management with the Enoria tool. Thanks for seeing how to unblock this situation.
Thanks for all that you are already doing.
Have a nice day.

Yes, this request has already been made: this is really important in the case of several parishes with the same priest (several economic councils, different accounts) and therefore monitored under a single ENORIA.

I think this request ties in with this topic: https://enoria.canny.io/admin/feedback/developpements-demandes/p/pouvoir-traiter-des-paroisses-differentes-comme-des-entites-liees?boards=developpements-demandes&search=paiement

Félicien Moreau: This requested development is in fact the same. Its absence handicaps us terribly and makes it impossible for our accountants to switch to Enoria. We cannot direct payments to the related entity that is the beneficiary.
