In our parish, people are very attached to the fact that we can say the intention in one church and not another. When the schedule is not yet done for the desired period, we do not have the possibility to specify the bell tower and the desired period. So, we add the info in the intention field but then we have to go back and modify the intention to remove this info that is not to be read by the priest.

It would be useful to add a line to say the place and the desired period, and for this line to “disappear” once we have been able to link the intention to the planned mass (this would avoid going back to modify the intention field).

We would also like to be able to know who caught the intention... a small box to put the initials? a way to have the information on the screen but that does not appear on the altar sheets.
