Good morning,
Would it be possible to adapt the permanence schedule in order to be able to define several time slots of permanence in the same day, with a variable duration, a different objective (for example for funerals: category 'such permanence', 'funeral attendants', etc.) and an associated color code
This could be translated as follows: in a day, I can define several time slots simultaneously. For a time slot, I choose an associated category (telephone permanence, funeral attendants, etc.); I can therefore have several categories mentioned for the same time slot.
With the same link, the servants indicate their availability and subscribe to a category of their choice.
This would facilitate the management of funeral teams (for example, telephone hotlines are weekly, the availability of funeral attendants is mentioned by 1/2 day) and replace our G-Sheet.

Hello Agnès de LA HOSSERAYE you just need to create several hotlines in your case.
On the other hand, the concept of different colors does not exist.
Everyone would then come and fill the slots that suit them and it is possible to visualize the permanence on the general schedule.
