Wedding and baptism folder button
Timothée de LOYNES
In tracking baptism and marriage records, there are buttons that allow you to see if the request has been made or not and if the document has been received. For example the birth certificate with clear logos “Cross” /"Hourglass” /"Validate”. Can we do that for all buttons with requests. For example for requests for exemptions, the baptism records of godparents.
Thank you so much!

Wedding records pictograms
Vianney de CIBEINS
On a sacrament of marriage page, the pictograms of the various documents in the marriage file required are not all consistent.
- in the “Administrative file” category:
- the pictos are the clearest (3rd capture): you immediately know what was provided or not.
- (the line from the baptismal certificate disappears for an unbaptized person, we could possibly put a green check mark with in bold: not baptized/not necessary)
- in the “Administrative file information” category:
- when authorization to celebrate outside the parish is not necessary, the picto is a red cross when it should be a green check mark (no action required)
- when it is necessary and not received, we see an hourglass pictogram which is not very visual, and which is not justified in view of the other pictograms. I suggest replacing it with a red cross (action required)
- for the civil marriage certificate, the picto is correct (red if absent, green if provided) but the text is misleading if the certificate is not provided (cf. captures). You should either harmonize with the “Administrative file” category (no need to specify provided/not provided, the color of the picto is sufficient), or add “not provided” where appropriate.
