Anyone present in the Enoria database can access their data using the link to our entity's My Home page.
If it does not exist in the database, he can fill out the form to create his form and at the bottom indicate that he wants to receive the newsletter.
But if he is already in the database the person cannot subscribe to the newsletters.

Hello Benoit, your request is not very clear.
Via a registration form for a group or an activity, even for an existing person, you can suggest the list (s) to which you can suggest to parishioners to subscribe.

Élodie Massa: Hi Elodie,
The problem is for a person who is already in the Enoria database, but in no group and does not want to do anything other than receive the newsletter. By using the link to the my home page (link that is in the Enoria configuration page) he can check that he is registered in Enoria and go check the information concerning him and possibly modify it. But he can't say I would like to receive the newsletter. On the other hand, if he was not already in the database, he is invited to register and then at the end of the registration he can choose to receive the newsletter.
If we take the case of a parishioner who wants to receive the newsletter and who is not in Enoria, he follows the link, as he is not in Enoria, he registers and does not pay attention that at the end of the form he had to check the box to receive the newsletter. So he wants to go back to his subscription, but can no longer say that he wants the newsletter. Sniff

Benoît BARRET: The Foyer page allows you to visualize data that is already known and is not intended to create new forms.
If you want to allow your parishioners to only receive the newsletter, it is better in Brevo to generate a newsletter subscription form and publish it on your website.
There is no reason to have in Enoria the personal data of parishioners who only want to have weekly and/or monthly parish news, this is contrary to the RGPD, one of whose main recommendations is the collection of minimum information.
