Instead of displaying all the Groups to which we have access, show only the Groups for which we are indicated as “Responsible”.

When you are an entity administrator or have access to many groups, displaying a large number of groups no longer becomes relevant. That makes for a long “never-ending” list. Just click on “Manage groups”. So we don't use it, even though the basic idea is good.

For better efficiency and usefulness, could we not limit the groups shown to the groups for which we are named “Responsible” (in addition to the “Group Leaders” and “Contacts of the deceased” Groups when we have access to them).

The end of this list would end with “Manage groups” which is displayed right after, which is relevant. This button could even be renamed “All groups” or “Show all groups” on this occasion.
