GDPR consent management
Pierre OPTER
When the paper form does not include a signature accepting the processing of personal data, currently I am putting the date of integration into Enoria by putting a comment: signatures to be retrieved. A red “warning” should appear in Enoria to indicate that the signature (or signatures for weddings) must be recovered.
Thank you so much

Good morning sir,
In terms of RGPD, there is no need for consent on the digital processing of personal data.
And even for paper processing, consent is not the only legal basis for processing, and in some cases, moreover, asking for consent would be an aberration (for example, in the context of a sacrament request, you cannot wait for the consent of the fiancés for them to communicate certain personal data to you so that they can communicate certain personal data to you because without consent you would not be in a position to process their request... and in this case, it is therefore rather the legal basis of the interest). legitimate that applies)
There are a lot of different reasons for processing personal data
