Funerals/Funeral Directors: Show a free field when selecting “Other”

In the “Allow the selection of legal persons as funeral directors” configuration, when completing a funeral form, funeral directors must be selected from a list of legal persons.
If the legal entity does not exist, it is possible to select “Other”.
In this case, it would be useful to be able to indicate some information (such as the name of the funeral directors) in a free field that would appear below.

Perhaps it is advisable to be vigilant about an “other” selection that could become a “catch-all”. It seems to me best to tell the admin to create these PF that do not exist to do it “properly” at the risk of ending up with a slightly “polluted” base. it's only a personal opinion;]

here, in this configuration, if the legal entity does not exist, it is not possible to select “Other”.
The title of the configuration is “Allow the selection of legal persons as funeral directors (you will no longer be able to enter funeral directors directly)”
