Would it be possible to add a 2nd contact on the funeral forms; often, it is a child who is the “operational contact” but it would be nice to be able to add the husband/wife, for All Saints' Day letters in particular. thank you!!

Yes very useful. In general, the spouse does not have an email, he or she is rather old and to empower one child (or even several) as a contact to bring the family together for mass on November 2 seems necessary.

The “right” way to create funerals in Enoria is to do it in 2 steps 
1/ I create the deceased with his family context, the date of death & co... so his spouse/children...
2/ I create the funeral celebration and I select the deceased and these contacts.
Mini forms in the creation of funerals are only facilitators of use and are not intended to be exhaustive at all.
