Mathieu MARCHET
Same for sacristans: being able to select several

Good idea
This 2nd companion should be added to the funeral form and the automatic email.
Thank you

And to go even further in modularity while simplifying data entry: introduce into the funeral configuration the possibility of designating roles that systematically receive a copy, at the choice of the parish: a room/church has a “manager” (sacristan?) , instead of selecting it manually at each funeral, let's copy it automatically. Let's add additional roles at the church level for even more flexibility. If a priest is in charge of a funeral, he wants to be informed even if he is not a celebrant.

I would suggest broadening this question. Our parishes can be very different in their means and processes. Let's add flexibility to respond to different situations and habits. Celebrant, Lay, Sacristan is not the combination everywhere, neither is 2 Lay. Let's put an additional role but leave the possibility of designating it as we want, with manual commentary. So the technical team will not have to come back to it either when another parish like mine says that the priest always wants to receive a copy whether he is celebrating or not...

It is indeed a common practice and I think it is desirable in order to have a good knowledge of the family and loved ones.
