Form with payment not mandatory - give the possibility to validate before proceeding to payment

The form does not require mandatory payment

Step “Registrations” Modify the text of the validation button: replace “Validate registration” by “Continue”
“Rates” step. The “Validate registration” button is not visible. Give it the same format as the “Continue” button. Change “Validate registration” to “Validate registration and pay later”. Change “Continue” to “Pay”
“Payment” step. No possibility to validate without paying and or to go back to the previous step, or to finalize and return to the “My Household” page without disconnecting the profile.
Give the possibility to go back by a back button at each stage.
