To avoid losing room reservations by an unfortunate click on '+Add a pastoral event' instead of '+Add a reservation', we propose an evolution of the screen for booking a room or for creating a pastoral event:

Add a 'Pastoral Event' checkbox in the header, which, if activated, would hide the 'Choose room' and 'Contact' areas the 'Availability' and 'Notify Contact' checkboxes and would transform a single validation button into '+Add this reservation' or '+Add this pastoral event' depending on whether or not this new box is activated.
