The way documents are added could be improved if:
  • you could see or know which and if a document has already been installed on a user account, both to yourself and to others.
As you don't have an overview of what is already installed, it very often happens that thinking you haven't installed a document, you end up installing it several times on the same account!
You could also delete documents, such as old versions, for example.
  • also, could we not decide to install a document with several users by reducing the number of clicks by having a list of users to check, for example to add a document
