Rights to the Personal Data Sheet
Clémence ALLIX
It is a request for evolution following the appearance in the rights given to users of a 3rd option “see everything” in addition to “see nothing” and “modify everything”.
In the rights given to a User, in “Personal File”, in “Persons to which the user has access”, being able to give different rights according to:
- that the user is responsible for a group to which the person belongs and therefore that the user has the right to “modify everything” in this group,
- that the user only has the right to see the group to which the person belongs and therefore that the user has the right to “see everything” on this group.
With the same principle for Christian Life.
This would follow the same principle as for the “Reading on daughter entities” where you can give the right to “see” the Persons of the daughter entities but not to modify them.
And also the principle of Groups by Label it seems to me.
Thank you

Info: For groups, if you put the group in read-only mode, only the group manager (s) can make changes

Hello Dominique,
I was not talking about groups but about the people who are in these groups. If you only give reading rights to a group, if the user can modify the people they have access to, they can also modify the records of the people who are the group that they can only see.
(I gave a first answer yesterday for which I checked on Enoria too quickly. So I'm replacing it with this one.)
Thank you.
