I use registration forms a lot, especially for catechism events and activities. At the end of the pre-registration by Enoria, I send them a parental authorization to be checked, completed if necessary and signed.
I was wondering if it was not possible to be able, when creating the form, to define what document template is associated with it so that parents can download it directly after registering?

The beta version is in progress and I find this feature very very useful.
So I set it up and it works...
Of course, I made a PDF to confirm the registration (in this case). A “Image Rights” field will search for whether or not the person has accepted the image right. Depending on his answer, a cross should be put in a square or not.
When I use the PDF beta, the yellow information about manual printing does not appear. I carried out various tests, without success.
Above all, it is the right to the image that I would like to access. No emergency for the phone.

I just realized that it would be GREAT if the files sent to parents were called: particle, LAST NAME, first name when sent by email. This would allow, upon return, to be able to classify them directly. Thanks everyone. magdalen

Joëlle HORVILLE: that's what's a shame... Enoria allows the automatic filling of documents but there is one step missing for it to be automated.
I feel like I'm just sending registration forms right now 😂
