Engaged couple scattered in wedding prep group
Eric LEFEBVRE
From the request of the fiancés approved by the priest, we can create the request for sacraments and enroll the fiancés in a “marriage preparation” group.
We find them in this group in alphabetical order and thus lose the knowledge of the duo they form.
Thank you for offering a solution to be able to reform the duo in this group.
It is useful when we enroll several couples in a training course to know who is with whom.
Eric LEFEBVRE
In practice, I notice that when you use the wedding registration form, the pre-wedding group becomes useless. All the information is available in the sacrament/weddings tab.

Indeed, the alternative solution is to create an additional field that allows grouping, but why an evolution in this direction for fiancés who are not yet in the same household
Fidei DONUM
personally, I added a registration number to the group that I registered as I received requests, this allows me to sort the couples very quickly.

We confirm that the option described by PY Ligney, checking the option in the “Sort registrants by household” group works very well

Michel OCHSENBEIN except when the fiancés are not yet in common...

Frédéric BARUT has no impact on the privacy of engaged couples! It is the fiancés link that ranks the engaged couple together in the Enoria list

I am going to remove the second degree from my formulation.
When engaged couples don't live together (I promise you there are still some), they're each in their own homes. This makes sorting by household de facto inoperative.

For my part, I added an additional field with an order number, the same for each fiancé, so I can sort the numbers and thus find my couples.
Sylvie VISINAND
Catherine DREAN we adopted the same trick

It's a real subject that makes this group useless as it is...
Sorting by household can work as long as the newlyweds live in a non-canonical situation (in the same household) but for those who faithfully follow the precepts of the church it's a failure... and that's a shame.
One time I used a patch: add a custom field in the group in which I put the number of the marriage sheet, which gives a common number for the two fiancés, but all this is not practical at all...
Pierre-Yves LIGNEY
Hi Eric, Have you tried to check the option in the “Sort registrants by household” group? It would give the same result.
