Arrange rooms in alphabetical order in reservation and configuration.

For the reservation of rooms as well as in the configuration of users, the list of the names of the rooms is not classified, but appears in the order of creation at the time of configuration.
Each time, you have to go through everything and when you have a lot of rooms (35 in our case), you lose a lot of time.
Would it be possible to order the list in alphabetical order?
Thanks in advance.

Standardization of room dropdown lists
Charles Schiffmann
The drop-down lists of room choices are sometimes sorted in alphabetical order of Location, and sometimes in alphabetical order of Room Name depending on the menu through which you go, it would be more consistent to always have the same sorting (whatever it is, even if I have a preference for sorting by place name).

P. Raphaël Cournault: A big thank you for ranking the rooms when you make a reservation by clicking on the schedule. Would it be possible to make the same modification in the other places where the rooms appear and which are mentioned in the exchanges related to this request for improvement? I have attached a small file that shows the places where we have a ranking and the places where there are none. I am afraid of cluttering up the backlog if I have to make an improvement request for each place where the list appears in bulk.

Pascal LEFEBVRE-ALBARET: Frankly, every time there is a searchable select2, typing 3 letters goes much faster than searching by scrolling

P. Raphaël Cournault: It's a good idea, but in all the places I've referenced, a good package doesn't work with all 3 letters. So the request could be “to have a selection by 3 letters everywhere” or to choose “to have a ranking everywhere”. Do you want to know the places where the 3-letter selection does not work?

To be more precise, when you book a room using the “book a room” menu function, the rooms are classified. On the other hand, if you book by clicking on the schedule, the rooms are in bulk, as in the user configuration.

Allow me to reinforce Pascal's message: I am on the same parish with the same 35 rooms and on my computer the rooms appear in alphabetical order when I want to book a room. On the other hand, when I want to filter the schedule, the rooms seem to be in bulk. Why the difference?
This may be related to a message I posted on the support forum about the order of celebrants that we choose at funerals. They too are in bulk.
Thank you for your attention and for the work already done.
