Hello, it is probably already “under the hood” of your great program: the addition of additional fields for the entire organization is valuable, but if the “private” selection allowed them to be reserved for the “back office” and to make them invisible to the parishioners at the “front”, that would be really great. For us it would be a very useful evolution at the admin and pastoral level! Thanks.
PS. It goes without saying that this requires a praxis in accordance with the GDPR: for example, do not put pastoral comments in these fields...

Good morning,
I also support this request because I use the additional personal fields a lot to complete the information my teams need concerning catechesis, but this information should not be able to be modified by parents. I saw that you were working on the private option but that would make the field visible only to the creator. However, for our division, we need this information to be visible by catechists, teams preparing for the sacraments...

Raphaël Cournault For example, at the parish level, it is possible to add an additional “mission” person field to identify charity, liturgical, etc. delegates without the person concerned being able to modify this additional field. There may also be uses at the level of the diocese (identifying vicars, judicial vicar, etc.) without this data being able to be modified directly from home access or on forms.
