Celebration linked to a sacrament
Xavier LARRIBE
When registering a sacrament, such as First Communion, it is asked whether it is linked to a celebration. If “yes”, would it be possible for the sacrament to be filled automatically? Because for now, if I re-indicate the church where the linked mass should take place, it warns me that this church is already occupied...

Baptism linked to a mass to be automatically linked to the place of the mass

When a baptism is linked to a mass, it is still necessary to re-enter the place of the sacrament.

Sacrament linked to a mass

When a sacrament is linked to a mass; you must check the box “link to a mass”. But in order for the place of the sacrament to be recorded in the person's file, it is mandatory to enter the place of the celebration. And so we have 2 events at the same time for the same place in our schedule; it would be useful if the location was automatically displayed in the person's file as soon as we check “location linked to a mass”.

The same goes for the celebrant who is already busy!
In addition, for the 1st Communion, I think it is necessary that it be during a mass;)

Philippe RIO: For the celebrant I don't agree.
When there is a baptism during mass, in my house usually the priest takes care of the homily and obviously presides over the mass, on the other hand, it is the deacon who celebrates the mass.

Élodie Massa I'll give you the point: it's a possibility when you have deacons! But I don't have one, so I'm doing “grand manitou”! :-)
