Attach a score to a song

We want to centralize our song base within the parish so that each animation group can find them if necessary and contribute to them. However, it lacks the possibility of attaching its score to the song, which requires us to go through a separate cloud, which therefore poses a problem of access rights to the file and the creation of the file. It would be much more practical and coherent to have the possibility of uploading this score to the creation of the song in Enoria.

P. Raphaël Cournault I understand, that said I imagine that the space needed to store the partitions should not exceed 200MB... In terms of rights, is it up to Enoria to manage this? I imagine that the responsibility lies more with the person who stores the files, like a standard cloud platform?
Setting the score URL poses the problem of having to have separate storage space and that the members of the animation team all have access to it.
For the moment we have not yet set up this function in my parish (Notre Dame de la Motte in Vesoul), because it requires retyping all the words by hand, which is a lot of work, and because it does not allow the score to be associated with it, the interest is therefore still limited and the work that this requires to transcribe the words of all people is not negligible.

William: In fact, you have to imagine that Enoria hosts more than 500 parishes. And that the SECLI references more than 20,000 songs, that a more or less well-scanned score can weigh better, and that in addition, the management of legal rights on scores is complex and that they cannot be broadcast directly... in short, it's not that simple.

William This question is under consideration but it is complex because of the reproduction and distribution rights of the scores but also because of the space available for them. It seems to me that you can put the url of the partition which is already very good. On which parish do you use this singing function?

P. Raphaël Cournault I would have the same need: as Enoria does not allow file storage, I thought I would make the scores available on another web hosting accessible to people in the parish... but would it be possible to identify them by Enoria (to avoid them having another password) and we would have to add a field in the metadata of the songs to reference the URL of the score (today we have a link for the video and a link for the audio)
