Hello, the marriage office of the Diocese of Paris informed me that the M1 Marriage form was missing the line “Testimonial letters (diocese of origin)” in the box reserved for the bishopric at the top of page 4. This line is filled in when the marriage takes place abroad.

Can you add it as it appears on the “official” paper form?
