Help administrators in managing the rights to be granted to users

Two new sections have appeared: contacts and liturgical calendar.
Couldn't there be a crosstab between rights/users so
- assign these new sections to a selected list of users in a single transaction
- view in “one shot” all users with a specific right
- see an extraction in an appropriate table
